1200 Nineteenth Street, NW is a Class A, 11-story office building located on the corner of 19th and M Streets, NW in the Golden Triangle business district of Washington, DC. The building was originally constructed in 1965 as an 8-story office building and went through major renovation in 2007. This revamp added of 3 office floors, a green roof with a rooftop terrace and a fitness center. The building received LEED-CS Platinum Certification in 2010.
